We usually have a rose sparkling at Thanksgiving. Cava (from Spain) is inexpensive, but good with food or by itself. My wife loves everything France, so she will add a dash or two of Creme de Cassis to her sparkling to make a Kir Royale. If you add Creme de Cassis to regular white wine, it is just a Kir. Regardless, it's fun. My Wine Access delivery is scheduled for next Tuesday. I'm like a kid on Christmas morning, anticipating its arrival!!

I'm enjoying your wines thru your posts. Unfortunately, my nephrologist took wine off my beverage list, but hope all of you enjoy your holiday spirits.
