Dura-Ace 9-speed shifter problem

I have had a 2000 Specialized M4, 2 x 9, with full Dura-Ace for about 6 months. Recently the right shifter stopped upshifting. I put a degreaser in it. No joy. I poured boiling water through it twice. No joy.

Is there someone who refurbs shifters, or who sells ones he has refurbed?
Can I make a 10-speed shifter work without problems?
