Be the first in your neighborhood to get a Spec. Aethos Super Record 12 speed wireless bike. Only a trivial $15,500.

Have you seen used car prices lately? You can't afford NOT to buy this bike!

Ok, so I agree the price is bonkers but I gotta admit, I LOVE it! The wheelset is pretty rad as well!!

It's still in the same price range as other halo bikes.

Best shot to get one?

Direct to consumer from these guys. Few dealers will make the necessary commitment to actually get one in the door

I just can't seem to wrap my head around the size of the derailleurs relative to the chainrings

I'm beginning to see the wisdom in the Shimano 'semi-wireless' thing.

That really is a rather large FD. The paint on the Aethos is a homerun though.

It's only $1000 more than the Di2/AXS and comes with much nicer wheels.

Seems obvious...

If I was going to risk divorce for something that expensive with 2 wheels and a lot of Italian content I'd go get a Ducati Monster+ and save my self $3k over the Specialized and be smug about it actually being made in Italy.

I still can't get over a non-custom made in Taiwan frame and off the shelf parts being more expensive than a made in *Italy* motorcycle, and a very very sexy one at that.

And if you lay it down the Ducati will probably cost less to fix.

I would say Dario Pegoretti would probably approve of this paint job, Big S did good there!

Thank goodness! I wouldn't have picked up a frameset if it was hidden.

The 'marble countertop' color is interesting, I'll give it that.

How to make a super-light bike look heavy.
