Help with Campagnolo 11s FD Broken Bridge
I’m sure someone here has made a 3d bridge for their FD. I’m sure this is a common problem with these FD.
If someone has made this piece, can I buy one or two? ————————————————†”————————————————⠀”———————————————— ———— **update 8/16/24 I had some bridges made via 3D Printing and ordered extra. PM me if you’re interested I posted pictures of the bridge installed, which fits perfectly. Page 2 Last edited by corkycalvin; 08-16-2024 at 02:36 PM. |

Your local library almost assuredly does.

Thanks guys for the suggestions--I have one in the parts drawer that needs the clip too...

If you have a file, you can find someone online to print an item for you, in your choice of material, from carbon impregnated plastic to titanium.

Shapeways is the likeliest place.

we use the local library - they'll likely have one and someone to help set it up, create the file, troubleshoot, etc. and should be super cheap, like $1/hr of run time. ours will let us leave and call when done, it's great. kids get to print things off and on with zero maintenance or upfront costs.

@CorkyCalvin - I work in the Gardena area and can print one out from a clear material similar to ABS. The clear what we have in the machine, so material choice is limited to that.
To anyone else - Chime in here if you’re SoCal South Bay local and I can make a mini run of parts. Material and machine time comes out to about $18. FYI - I was also in this situation and ended up putting a Chorus 11 FD on my bike to replace the Record 11 FD. I probably should have looked into printing this piece. Last edited by mpken; 08-06-2024 at 04:58 PM. |

How do you get the old one off?

It’s not glued on so used a pair of pliers and it came right off (after taking off the Phillips’s screw)

That’s the reason I have always used Chorus FD.
