Are my wheels 12 speed compatible?

I own a set of Campy Neutron Ultra wheels (rim brakes - 8-10 years old). Searching the web, I get contradictory answers, whether they are 12-speed compatible or not.
Likewise, I own a 2018-2021 range Fulcrum Racing 5 2 Way Fit disc wheelset. It seems that from the Fulcrum website, they are only 11-speed (for Shimano). Both wheelsets have Shimano freehub bodies, with 11-speed cassettes installed.
Can anyone provide more definitive information?

It seems you're asking about compatibility with 12 speed Shimano and/or SRAM, but FWIW the answer is "yes" for Campy 12 speed.

EDIT: Unless you want to run the SR S or WRL cassettes that have a 10 cog, then you need a N3W freehub body.

Shimano 12 speed cassettes fit on Shimano 11 speed freehub bodies.

Since Shimano 12spd cassettes fit on Shimano 11spd freehubs, if your wheels are Shimano 11spd compatible, they should fit Shimano 12spd cassettes also.
