Ot: NFL 2024/25

Here we go again. My 35th year of caring what the Buffalo Bills do.
Opening game was poor, against Miami was better but they were pretty poor beside De'Von Achane. Happy to see Cook running the ball as if it were downhill and finally Vonn Miller getting sacks (ACL recovery complete?)
Only thing I don't like about the Bills is the friggin fan base. Naming yourselves after a loser criminal organization* and wondering why your team so often sucks, duh!

*Mafia, they either kill each other or end up in prison.

1. Josh can't make stupid mistakes and cough up the ball
2, They will be AFC East champions
3. Patrick will put them in their place

Injuries as with any team are the uncontrollable

I’ve been an avid chiefs fan my whole life (born and raised in the area), so I’ve watched the bills for a while

I’m convinced it’s the coach, McDermott, who’s holding y’all back. Every season, he has this weird thing to run up the score in the regular season and puts plays on film needlessly. They ran a beautiful play action to James Cook on one of his td receptions, where he was WIDE open. The problem is they were up by 2 or 3 scores late and now that’s on film. Every year they play the chiefs and there’s a third down where they try something and it fails. Great example is the fake punt last year with Damar Hamlin.

Also a lifetime chiefs fan here. I’m convinced that Allen/Bills were crushed after that 16 second comeback win.

Similar to Lamar and the Ravens y’all overplay every game with us like it’s the 4th quarter of the Super Bowl. Going for it on 4th downs unnecessarily, throwing picks/fumbles, etc.

Yep I think it's a mental block.
that 16 seconds hurt to a fan 6,000 miles away.

I'm sorry, but history needs to be made first.

If any fan base deserves a Super Bowl win its the Bills. As a Pats fan I've already conceded that they won't win another in my lifetime (I'm 64) but with 6 in the bank I'm ok with that. Honestly I'm routing for the Bills but I think the head coach is the problem.

I worked with a guy who was Joey Harrington's childhood buddy.
He was almost crying when the Lions drafted him.
"poor Joey, he's going to get killed behind that offensive line"
sadly he was right.
Lions fired a few shots last season

You want to really hurt me?
Bring up those 13 seconds.
You want to kick me where it hurts even worse?
Say "wide right".

If it ends up not being the Eagles, I’m hoping it’s the Bills.

“Mafia” is just a silly moniker that’s not worth getting worked up over. Bills fans generally seem like affable rowdy types.
