Ti Seatpost for carbon rail saddle?

I bought a Brooks C13 carbon saddle on a whim, second hand. It turns out that most carbon rails are oval 7X9mm. My problem is that my Eriksen Sweetpost is only available with round 7mm rails. So is the moots seatpost.

I'm wondering if the enve seatpost clamping mechanism would fit in the Eriksen seatpost. Firefly seatpost is available with 10mm rails but I don't want to spend another $300 on a new post. Getting an enve clamp would be the cheapest if it would fit in the seatpost.

Curious if anyone else ran into this problem. Thanks!

No, the ENVE rail clamp does not fit the Eriksen or the Moots posts.

Lynskey seatposts come with both the ENVE 7mm round and 7x10mm rail clamps.

Otherwise, PMP, Campa, etc., ti posts are fine, since they clamp top/bottom.

Do the Enve posts come with both sizes? Or does one fit both?

Yes, the ENVE carbon posts and the Lynskey ti posts are supplied with both the ENVE 7mm round and 7x10mm clamps.

An old-style Syncros 2-bolt post will fit.

Ditto with an old American Classic, Dean, etc

If you are looking to keep the aesthetic of the Ti color on your build, I have an Enve/Edge post that is painted that color. It's 27.2 with a setback, but I only have the clamps for the standard rails, not the oversized rails so you'd still need to buy a clamp kit.

I hadn't actually decided to sell it, but its a possibility if you are interested.

Also, do you need a setback or a pillar post, Ti cycles does a pillar post that has a Thomson-esque clamp as a production piece for a reasonable price link

Thanks for the offer but I will stick with my original post / saddle set up.
I only got the C13 because it was local and a good price.
I will probably sell it on. my original set up fits me well and my ass is used to it.
Eriksen has no plans in offering their sweetpost in an oval 7X10 size.

no, not yet. Hopefully this week. Thanks again for sending them.
I received 2 king cages yesterday that took over 5 weeks to get here from LA, so I'm still hoping.

Thanks, I'll probably stick with my eriksen seatpost and sell the C13. It kind of feels weird to put a linskey seatpost in an eriksen frame.
