On the other hand, if he's selling these, maybe we're the ones who all look silly.

A quick google search doesn't turn up anything on Serotta's return. Does anyone have a good link to the real deal information? I'm struggling to believe that they would make their return with a $6k frameset.

These describe the relaunch from a couple of years ago, but I don't see anything about the steel CdA on those links. Not even on Serotta.com. Am I missing something?

Your post didn't say anything about steel. You just asked about Serotta's return. The steel bike info came in an email this morning.

Pricing Schmicing. Are there any dealers and fitting involved, whether custom geometry or sizing up for standard geometry, or this is a manufacturer direct to customer model and how much money is the buyer required to put up before a bike or frame is delivered?

Excellent point. When I think of Serotta, I don't think of tube profiles. I think of the "Size Cycle."

I think of how it all ended last time and how much of a leap of faith it is to commit to purchasing a bespoke bike. There's a lot more to it than just being a great designer and craftsman.

That was Nessism, not me, but yeah, I'm still surprised there was no info at all about the CdA on Serotta.com. Thanks for the email link.

Scratching my head about the "direct marketing only" email. It doesn't cost anything to add a blurb to a web site. I'm sure they'll be built to order, so there's no initial outlay either.

What's Ben thinking? "I wanna sell eight steel bikes! I don't even want to think about selling maybe a limited run of a few hundred..."

There are a bunch of articles with the term "relaunch" in them. The return was in 2021 with aluminum, then titanium. . . .
