Recommendations on a no frills titanium race bike?

So here in land of humidity & head winds (aka, Va Beach), I am considering a racing titanium bike. Primarily crits. It is going to be used & abused --- a tool for the job. Something I can sweat on, wipe off & throw in garage.

As OP would say: "High speed, low drag."

Thoughts?

Custom, or off-the-shelf? For off-the-shelf, a Moots RSL would be a logical option for a race bike.

What's the budget? There's going to be lots of preferences from here. That's for sure.

for a race bike, I would not pick an expensive TI bike. Alum bike would be my choice.5

Used. It’s Ti. It’s a crit, it will likely get messed up. Buy used. Buy what fits.

Definitely something Litespeed flavored off EBay. If you get the right one, it will do everything you need it to and it will last forever.

Litespeed Ultimate if you can find one. Lynskey otherwise.

Ya. I raced alu and think its a no brainer cost/ crash wise. Light stiff and todays alu rides pretty nicely too...
