Are chainrings a direct swap between Record and Chorus 11 speed cranks that look like this?

In a word, yes. The higher level chainrings (Athena, Chorus and Record) 5 arm chainrings are all 3.5mm thick, and are interchangeable with each other. The higher lever chainrings are not interchangible with the the lower level chainrings (Veloce, Mirage, etc.), which are 2.7mm thick.
