Ukraine Bicycle Project

This is a quick follow-up to Doug Fattic's presentation at Classic Cycles Auburn. If you'd like to donate, you can do so at the GoFundMe fundraiser I set up:

If you're into bike-themed t-shirts, Doug has UBP shirts for sale too raise funds as well.

Bringing back a Thread: Doug Fattic's Ukraine Project

This is a giving time of year for many. Some of the Paceline group have given a few bucks to this effort, and it seems a particularly pointed way to help Ukraine with bikes, so I hope this generates a few more donations.

Over the course of this past year, we have met and gotten to know a small family of Ukrainian refugees, then resident next door to where we go in France. Bright, hopeful, thoughtful, alert, all while being deeply affected by what has happened to their country. They left behind family and friends. Any of us would be pleased to have such folks in our community. We gave them the house for a few weeks when it was needed. Ukraine needs all the help it can get.

A tip of the chapeau to OP Skip for setting up the go fund me page in this thread and making it easier to give.
