How to stream the TDF while in Sweden?

I will be in Sweden during the first week of the Tour and I'm trying to figure out how to stream it. I have a MAX subscription but I'm pretty sure that will not work with a European IP address. It looks like Discovery+ has the streaming rights in Europe.

Do VPNs still work? If so, which one do you recommend so I can log on to Max? I used to use Tunnel Bear a few years ago but it stopped being a reliable way to stream races.

If I get a subscription to Discovery+ will that work to stream the TDF will I'm in Sweden?

NordVPN, tell it you are in your home area. Should work.
I did this last year in Portugal to watch my YTTV
