Well, if it’s months then…I keep my less used bikes and other outdoor gear next door in an indoor air controlled 10x10 unit accessible 16 hours a day for $75/m. It has a metal interior with rails so it’s easy to hang stuff, too.

Edit, should note I have three storage rental places, indoor and nice, all within about two minutes walk of where I live.

What company? That might be a good option.

https://www.storezscottsdale.com/

I prefer it over the others because it is staffed by kind people that keep it tidy and you can park inside while loading and unloading. Plus they used to give you a giant rental truck for free one time use.

I was looking at these:

Or these for under the seat:

Any real world experience is helpful. I'm having work done at my AZ condo, and though the bikes will be locked with cables, I'd like something 'just in case'. I trust the contractor, but the garage will be open, and I won't be there all the time.

Thanks!
Detached garage here. Several years ago, contractors working on the house, bikes stolen. I was away for the weekend and neighbors saw them walking them down the driveway, hoisting them into the trunk. Fortunately, they left my beloved Steelman behind after slamming the trunk lid down on the TT crunching it. Brent Steelman replaced it and bike is back to new again. Steel(man) rocks! Cant do that with carbon.
