Love this. I want my wife and kids to like cycling so I want them on the lightest possible bike that falls into the other criteria. That excludes steel. I don't know what that steel fork costs Marin, but when I can buy a perfectly cromulent $100 Chinese carbon fork on eBay I wonder why it doesn't make sense for Marin to charge $50 more and spec it with a carbon fork.
