Love my Voler wind vest too, it gets consistent use from fall to spring. The only caveat is that it doesn't pack quite as small as some of the really light vests, and I usually chose it for rides where I know it won't be coming off. Don't get me wrong, it's small enough to fit in a jersey pocket, just a tad bulkier than some others with less features and worse zippers.
