Yes did mean oil. Wussed out and took to a local shop as I didn't want to buy a puller to use 1x. The rest of my stuff is Shimano and I actually prefer their hubs related to bearings, loose ball, vs. cartridge. I tried a 12, 13, 14mm long allen and none would fit. Very strange as I would assume most Overseas stuff to be metric. Oh well, I work, and just will pay the bill and move on.
I did contact Felt, they were not interested in warranty since I bought third handed. They did give me Alex's information contact, which they have failed to respond to my 3 attempts.
Shimano hubs are a peach to service compared to these things, but then again with the right tool....
The Mrs. is furrowing her eyebrows whenever fedex / ups comes around. I try to tell her I don't drink/smoke/gamble/chase women; and that bikes are one of my few vices left, but she ignores my pleas.
