Measuring in the center of the strip (w/ the white strip that covers the adhesive still attached):
Fizik Regular White Tape: 1.98mm
Deda Carbon Black (didn't have spare white to measure) Tape: 2.28mm
Hope that helps. I guarantee the glossy (well at least deda's) is easier to clean than regular fizik white. You don't have to mess w/ any chemicals, it just wipes off
