i mean, this is a very small amount, and i would probably just toss it in the trash myself, but for information, any auto parts store that sells oil, trans fluid, brake fluid, power steering fluid, etc - has to accept the waste back, at least in NJ as far as i know. you could probably bring it to an auto parts store and they will dispose of it for you.

alternatively, most all municipalities will have a couple days per quarter for haz material disposal where they will somehow accept old car batteries, used motor oil, old medicine, etc. you could probably look into that.

but again, if this is just a few ounces, just pour it in your next plastic trash bag full of household garbage and call it good.
