I too like the Outershell on my "gravel" bike, but I'll also plug the
ILE seat bag. Swallows a 29er tube, levers and a few small other bits easy and straps down tight. Easy on/off with QR buckle. I've also got a very similar one from
Andrew the Maker that uses a Voile strap. All work very well.
