To huck, looking at the serial number, did you give them 0325 or 9325? It looks as if the first digit after the M is a 9, not a 0.

Wow I definitely gave them a 0 and the picture of the serial number he must have thought the same. I will email them back and tell them the 9. Stay tuned....
