All the 8/9/10 shimano hubs will take 11s mtn cassettes. I have some red king 6 bolt that are currently laced to mavic 26" rims if you are interested. $325 shipped for the wheelset, or if you just want the hubs - $300. I also have a straggler pink front king hub that I replaced for a dynamo on my wife's bike. It's also laced to a 26" mavic rim.
You probably want to stick with 32 for a cargo bike if you are carrying anything loaded.
