the cleat is shot -- the pedals check out. i can rock my shoe about 2mm up and down (clicked into the pedal, got out of the shoe, tried making it boat rock with my hands...mp).
TT and I figured out what brought on the chrondomalacia (its that...not tendon issues). some quad balancing, hip flexion, and core stability mix...I gradually dropped my bars 30mm over 6 weeks...my core is fine...but closing the hip angle changed up how my quads were working...a few weeks an dthis is going to be fine....
