Voler for sure. excellent bibs for a decent price. I have a pair of bibknickers from blackbibs and it's as good as any good knicker out there.
in regards to good shorts, I find the Craft bibs to be without peer. Best ever bibs (compression, pads, thigh elastics, etc).
