Aeropress, with hand ground fresh beans each time.
I didn't believe it until I actually tried it, but it makes such a rich and delicious cup of coffee from an inexpensive ($30) and simple gadget.
It also encourages experimentation to arrive at the optimum personalized brew method.
I'm in a one coffee drinker house (me), so I don't need to make multiple cups at a time, which would be very inconvenient using an Aeropress. When I have company, I use a Capresso brewer with built-in burr grinder.
