No question on frame..but if you looking for stiffness sad to say but the Campagnolo wheels are far from what I expected.
Owned and ridden a bunch of medium to high end wheels, Enve, Campy, Light Bicycle and Lightweight.
Apart from Lightweight which are a league by their own (stiffest and most reactive wheel I've ever tried by a very large margin) I found Enve and Light Bicycle (laced to CK, I9 and WI hubs) much stiffer than Campy Bora WTO.
