Looks like Hope makes such a beast. Can anyone confirm whether DT could work? (Either spacing their 11sp road hub to 135 or putting an 11sp cassette body on their 135 mtg hub, either 240 or 350)

Either will work for DT..their 240 and 350 hubs can be 130 or 135 and8/9/10s shimano/8/9/10s/11s shimano/9/10/11s Campagnolo. What you start with determines what you need.
WI probably also does a 135, shimano or Campag 11s hub.
