I'm not sure which item you're looking at, but if you don't live near a clubhouse to try one on then I strongly recommend that you buy multiple sizes (and maybe multiple items if there's more than one choice) to make sure that you get the one that fits well. They make it painless to return the things that don't work. I have a lot of Rapha kit and, while I'm now sure about sizing on most items, jackets are still a crapshoot. Depending on the model I can be S, M, or even L.
I have the classic wind jacket and it's one of my least used pieces. The body fit is ok but the sleeves are pretty tight so if I wear it while climbing and generate a bit of sweat (it doesn't breathe great) then the sleeves stick to my arms and it fails to do its job once descending.
