The 7Mesh Cypress Hybrid Vest is one of the best pieces of kit I own. The front doesn't stretch a ton, but the back does. The front has windstopper, and there are lower side zips you can pull down to access jersey pockets.

Better than the Rapha lightweight (doesn't provide any warmth, whereas the Cypress can keep you warm in cold days/descents), the q36.5 (which is a bit tight and lets a lot of wind through), CHPT3 vest.
I was skeptical at first of the 7mesh before buying, but really happy.
