I bought a TIME frame from well known Australian shop that arrived in a thin bubble wrap bag loose inside a frame box. The stem box was tossed in there as well. Thankfully, it was unscathed!
It is frustrating that buyers have to go to great lengths to ensure these kind of purchases are delivered properly. Hope this is resolved in your favor!
