I don't have a Routt, but was strongly considering a Routt 45 when I was shopping around for a titanium gravel bike.

The geometry is pretty typical of a gravel bike geared more towards the "adventure" side (as opposed to something more road and racy), which means the geometry is more upright. You'll notice this by the high stack and relatively short reach numbers in the geo chart. If you compare these values with geo charts on modern road bikes, it's much more obvious.
