Also, an alternative to the suggested handlebars is the ritchey classic 10d bar. It's similar in shape to other alt bars recommended, but polished silver and not as extreme a shape.

Its currently 2 x 11 and Shimano SL-RS700 Rapidfire Plus flat bar road shifters are compatible with the current Shimano 105 5800 FD and FD. So its more economically for me to just purchase the shfiters which I found for $86 for the pair. Now I am just confirming what brake levers to get that are compatible with Juin Tech hydraulic calipers, which I believe are both disc and rim lever compatible.
