* favorite bike - my merlin extralight, i'd never part with it unless someone offered me a merlin cyrene with the heavy engraving at half a cm smaller.
* what's in your stable? Merlin Extralight circa 2002, 1984 Serotta Club Special frame/fork (waiting a decent group to build it up).
* fastest speed on a road bike? where? when? 55+ route 9W downhill to Piermont. I know... reckless.
* how many miles ON THE ROAD on a road bike last year? MAYBE 100? less probably. havent done much riding the last few years, mostly lifting weights, but i'm eager to get back on it... FWIW i used to log close to 500 miles a month.
