I reached out to Joe Bell but he wasn't able to take on the project. He recommended Toby Stanton of Hot Tubes. Reached out to Toby and he was a pleasure to deal with. Paid him my deposit. Then I had to back out of the project (unfortunately). Deposit was promptly refunded, no questions asked.
Toby was a real mensch and I will use him when I can commission the job again.
So, no experience with the actual work, but he has my vote all the same.
