I'm pretty sure bikes are not covered in FSA, which are guided by IRS rules, but are in many company-sponsored wellness programs (my employer gives $1k annually for anything wellness associated including bikes, golf clubs, etc.).
Prescription glasses are good and may want to get prescription sunglasses as well for driving, etc. Others that may qualify are braces (e.g. Invisalign), dermatology (like removing moles, etc), orthotics, knee braces, physical therapy.
