I got them at REI way back when they were definitely revered. yes, they are wool so there is that BUT now I think the ONLY reason to buy them would be IF you want 3/4 but not in a bib format. the bib and the fabric were fine just not WOW
if they were re-released with a modern cytech chamois? no, I dont think I am a buyer. plenty of thermo roubaix 3/4 bibs nowadays that would 1) give you more lower core warmth and 2) not have the waist elastic digging into ones lower ab.
