I doubt that is standard practice or condoned within the company, so maligning UPS wholesale might be a bit harsh. I imagine they'll do the right thing through customer service eventually. This is just the world we live in...too many people, making too many problems, and there's not much love to go around... Besides, it's not like there are foolproof alternatives to UPS (FedEx has the same gene-pool), other than not shopping online, or if you do, only using "ship to store". I do wish you luck getting it all sorted and hopefully with less than 4-hrs on hold.
