That being said, my sleep sucks! Yes, THC gummies certainly help me fall asleep. However, I don't really like relying on something to fall asleep...especially for long term use.

I sleep better now than ever(.72 of a century) but my poor sleep was due to sleep apnea. If you have trouble sleeping, 'maybe' go talk to a 'sleep doc'..Doesn't mean you have apnea but something is 'up' if you need something to fall and stay asleep, IMHO.
BTW-I also take a 5mg of melatonin before bed..
