So, how DOES one get an accurate resting HR?
I’ve always been told that it was best in the morning before your feet leave the sheets.
This is great if you:
A) remember
B) aren’t jack knifed awake by the alarm
C) can even find your pulse through the sleep haze
D) can lounge around a bit while you wake up
none of those match my circumstances…and I am NOT wearing a HRM to bed.
