I just saw today that if you hold any Bitcoins you have to report that on your SF86 form (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Standard_Form_86 ) as a foreign investment if / when the US govt does a background check on you. I suppose there will now be fewer and fewer folks having to do that...
