This. A couple months ago, I got clipped above the eyebrow playing hockey. Just one stitch. About a month later, I get a very formal letter from United Health (my insurance) asking me to document the incident and if anyone else was at fault. I actually collided with a team mate while circling thru the neutral zone at high speed. Two weeks after the letter, I got a phone call probing me to see if the other player could be held liable. Insurance companies are getting very aggressive in this regard.
