I might be interested in a project frame for my wife. What are your dimensions?
That being said, I just bought the Steelman CX frame and it needs a repaint so I've been looking into that. Many of the places I've looked into do repairs on steel frames after stripping the paint. I'd suggest contacting one of the following and checking it out.
