I'll agree on this. I recently traded my 8 year old Subaru Crosstrek in on a 2024 Crosstrek. I was considering selling the old one myself or to Carvana, Carmax, etc and checked all usual places for pricing. The Subaru dealership I went with offered me $3000 more than any of the other places and $1500 - $2000 more than I would have priced it at if selling myself.
