What do those numbers mean? Is a 20 like the top score? When comparing the Bridgestones RB -1 or 2, it should be compared to something like the Roadeo or since it appears to be discontinued, the Roadini? But the Roadini is tig-welded and has a kind of weird looking seat lug:
