i fit a guy today who claimed he made more watts on his ten year old bike than on his three year old bike. the saddle on the three year old bike was four cms. lower.
he was psyched when I raised the seat on the three year old bike....but really confused. he said his car wasnt 25 watts slower when the seat was 4cm further forward. you can't make this Shiite up. btw this dude's a long course triathlon world champion in his age group.
