It looks like two of the digits got transposed. The actual Q factor of the new cranks is 147.5mm (2.0mm wider than previous cranks).
The previous H11 and 12spd cranks had kind of an in-between chainline, halfway between the expected chainlines for 130mm and 135mm rear wheel axle widths, so that the cranks could be used with either wheel width. But as this new group is disc only, and has a wider Q, it's a good bet that the new chainline is setup for 135mm wheels only.
