It is the 2019 Golf GTI Rabbit edition. They are producing 3,000 total for the US, and only 500 of those are in this Cornflower Blue color (and only 250 have manual transmissions).
In terms of specs it is kind of in between the S and SE, but has some iconic GTI / Rabbit things - the Clark plaid cloth seats, Rabbit badging, black wheels, black mirror backs and black spoiler. They also come in colors that are distinct from the GTI - urano gray and the blue above are unique to the rabbit - Rabbit editions also come in a pearl black and pure white (same colors as the autobahn trim).
It's a really fun car 228HP at just 3,062 pounds with a limited slip differential - on ramps are a LOT of fun.
