I have a T11 rear hub on my 'cross bike that's 135mm. I used the mtn endcap and the result was a rear hub that was closer to 137mm spacing, but that still fits in my bike no problem.
The reason I did radial on the left was the first T11 hubs had different spacing. On a current hub I would use cross on both sides.
