Big ring has some wear rear derailleur needs new pulleys
So figure time for a drive train refresh

Yup, just a normal 110mm BCD
Yup again, all the 11s ones, even the aluminum ones, are 110/112mm BCD.
Make the front der more 'aggressive'..a little tail out, maybe a little higher.
