I viewed the videos.

I think your frame is too small (top tube too short).

From your description, your body wants to stretch out, but you're limited by the frame dimensions.

You don't accommodate your hunched shoulders by moving the saddle back; I'd get a longer stem. But as you and your bike stand now, a longer stem would in my opinion have a negative effect on weight distribution over each wheel.

I think you need a larger frame, with a commensurately longer top tube.

I'd question your "numbers".
