Pretty sure he was being sarcastic about ‘can’t beat American health care’. US health care is good but not the best in any area other than costing the most, by far. Subsidizing health care insurance companies and their leaders is the main goal, and staying wealthy, so they can bribe a variety of members of the federal govt, including the guy in the big chair.
